FAQ
When will my order be sent ?
Any order placed before 2 p.m. is shipped the same day.
If you place an order in the evening, it will be shipped the next day, except holidays, except Saturday and except Sunday.
How can I change my delivery address ?
If you have already sent your order, call or email us.
If possible, we will happily change your delivery address. Please remember that we will prepare your order as quickly as possible and any subsequent changes to your address book will not change the delivery address of the order.
When will I receive the shipping confirmation by email ?
The shipping confirmation email with the shipment tracking link will usually be sent to you as soon as we have handed over your order to the parcel service. If you have not received an email, it may be due to one of the following reasons :

The email is in the spam folder.

There is a typo in the email address. Please check your email address in “My Account”.

Your inbox is full.

You have chosen payment in advance (bank transfer) and we have not yet received your payment.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES
1. Return Policy
At Radline, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns. If, for any reason, the items you ordered do not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning your products within 14 days of receipt of your order via our partner Coliback.

Return conditions : Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, labels, etc.) and accompanied by their purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be returned.

Return costs : If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we cover the return costs. On the other hand, if the return is on your initiative (change of mind, order error, etc.), the return costs are your responsibility and your responsibility (it is recommended to declare the value of the goods and take out insurance with the carrier).
2. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within 14 days. This period begins to run from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must register your return request via the Coliback platform.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse you in full for payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs linked to a specific delivery choice that you have chosen). The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal request.

Refund method : We will refund using the same payment method you chose when ordering. You will not be charged any additional fees. However, we may have to wait for receipt of the returned products or, if you have already shipped the items, for proof of postage before issuing the refund. The date used for this reimbursement will be that of the event which occurs first.

Return of products : If you wish to return a product to us, you have a period of 14 days from notification of your decision to withdraw. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging. To avoid damage during transport, we recommend that you package them carefully.
4. Legal guarantee
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. If a product presents a defect or does not conform to its description, you have the right to request a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Hidden defects guarantee : If a hidden defect is discovered, you can request a refund or replacement of the product within 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
5. How can I return my order ?
If you wish to return a product, make sure it is new, in its original packaging and unassembled. Please also do not remove the labels and preferably use the original packaging to avoid damage to the product and its packaging. If labels have been removed, please return them with the item.
To initiate a return, please follow the following steps :

Have your order number ready.

Follow the instructions to register your return request.

Print the return label provided and drop off your package at a Coliback relay point.
