The classic cruiser shape is popular for its size, responsiveness, and versatility. Its raised tail makes it easy to navigate curbs, obstacles, and even perform tricks inspired by traditional skateboarding.

The flexible drop-through model features trucks mounted at the end of the board, providing increased stability. The through-deck mounting lowers the center of gravity for a more comfortable push, while the flex improves responsiveness in turns, making it easier to generate speed through pumping.

The pendulum top mount is ideal for long-distance riding, as the pendulum shape lowers the center of gravity and makes pushing easier: the knee bends less since the board is very low. A rigid pendulum board can also be used for freeriding, like the legendary Landyachtz Switchblade or the stunning Pantheon longboards.

The flexible top mount has its trucks mounted under the board, providing more control in turns but less comfort during pushing, enhancing the carving effect.

The dancing board, long and equipped with two kicktails, guarantees great stability with its extended wheelbase while allowing for a larger turning radius. It generally lacks central grip to allow for maximum freedom of movement during dancing.

As for the freeride and downhill board, it is characterized by its stiffness and shorter wheelbase, favoring fast and precise cornering. The concave, which varies by brand, may include features like a "W Concave." While a kicktail is not necessary, it adds versatility to the board without hindering your riding style.
