RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement on our website www.radline-boards.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of shipment of the item, whichever is earlier. You must send back or return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

"Are returns free?"
If it is an error on our part or in the case of a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by www.radline-boards.com. In the event of an error on your part, the return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer (it is therefore advisable to declare the value of the goods and take out insurance covering these risks with the carrier).
"How can I return my order?"
First, make sure that the returned items are new, in their original packaging, and have not been assembled. Please do not remove the tags and, if possible, use the original box to avoid damage to the product and its packaging. If the tags have been removed, please return them with the items.
